- Take a small bowl and place the chicken into the bowl but make sure to cut the chicken thigh pieces of 2 inches each.
- Get another bowl and combine all the following ingredients in it and mix them very well also ensure to coat each piece of chicken for a good marination:
- Chicken Pieces
- Garlic Powder
- Onion Powder
- Paprika
- Cayenne Pepper
- Kosher Salt
- Black Pepper
- Avocado Oil
- Take a pot put it on the stove by setting medium heat on the stove put butter in the pot to warm it also add garlic and stir for about 30 seconds or until you get its fragrance.
