Follow my step-wise guide to get the best results you can start by preparing your oven and setting its internal temperature to 390 degrees F this temperature is for the oven with the fan inside but if your oven has no fan inside then you can increase the temperature to 430 degrees F then on the baking dish put baking paper on the tray.

Now get a small bowl and make a mixture of the seasoning ingredients and take another bowl and put brown sugar in it.

Then add chicken to the mixture and coat each piece of chicken very well so that these pieces can absorb the taste from the ingredients ensure to shake off the excess mixture then place on the bacon roll it up and finish the process with seam side down and do this with all the remaining chicken.

Now coat the chicken in the sugar and you can use your fingers for this purpose if you feel like doing that then put it on the baking dish also you can drizzle it with olive oil which can make it brown quicker.

Then bake for about 25 minutes and if the bacon is not enough golden according to your taste you can turn the broiler on for a few minutes.

Your bacon wrapped chicken is ready now that you serve it with mashed potatoes and you can brush all the juices in the tray onto the bacon to turn them glossy.
