Hoisin Sauce | 2½ Tablespoons |

Granulated Sugar | ¼ Cup |
Sesame Oil | 1 Teaspoon |
Water | 1 Cup |
Black Pepper | As Needed |
Onion Powder | 1 Teaspoon |
Garlic Powder | 1 Teaspoon |

Cornstarch Slurry | |

Directions
Step 1
Take a large skillet put it on the heat and turn it to medium then add canola oil to the skillet.

Get a medium bowl and add water with the following ingredients in it then whisk them all and set aside:
- Soy Sauce
- Bourbon
- Apple Cider Vinegar
- Hoisin Sauce
- Light Brown Sugar
- Granulated Sugar
- Sesame Oil

Get a pan put the following ingredients in it:
- Canola Oil
- Garlic Powder
- Onion Powder
- Black Pepper
Then put the chicken in the pan and start cooking, cook the chicken from each side well for about 10 minutes in total then remove it from the pan, and after it is cool a little bit chop it into chunks.

Again add canola oil into the pan and put ginger and garlic then cook them till you get their fragrance make sure not to burn them.
