- 1/2kg of rotisserie chicken (in roasted form)
- 5 tablespoons of butter (always use fresh butter)
- 5 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
- 2-3 cups of milk
- ground black pepper (almost 1-2 pinched)
- ½ cup of shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 cups of Monterey Jack cheese
- ½ cup of hot sauce
- ½ cup of the crumbled gorgonzola cheese

Step 1
First, place a big pot, then add half a pot of water, then wait to boil it. When you see that the water boils, then add macaroni and cook it until the macaroni is completely cooked. This process will take almost eight to ten minutes.
