This recipe got its name from the town of America, where the Carrabba family settled. In 1980 they arrived at Silicy Carrabba’s created in 1986 by John Carrabba so by his name this chicken recipe was called the Carrabba chicken Bryan recipe. Its base contains grilled chicken which is an excellent base in a recipe and when you finish it with fresh creamy cheese, fresh basil, and homemade sauce it brings a wonderful taste to it.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon minced yellow onion
- Two tablespoon butter
- Half a cup of dry white wine
- One-fourth cup of fresh lemon juice
- One-third part cup of cold butter sliced
- Half cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
- One-fourth cup chopped fresh basil
- Half a teaspoon of kosher salt
- Half tablespoon white pepper
- Six boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- Virgin olive oil for brushing
- Half a tablespoon of black pepper
- Half a tablespoon salt
- Eight ounces of caprino goat cheese at room temperature
DIRECTIONS
Step 1
Heat 2 tablespoons of butter on medium heat in a pan also saute garlic and the required amount of onion over medium heat butter in a flat bottom pan [large skillet] you want to cook until they become soft and translucent.
Step 2
Stir lemon and wine juice in the skillet then increase temperature from medium to high level for 10 minutes.

Then remove heat stir tomatoes, sprinkle basil, kosher salt, and white pepper, and then leave it aside Until it is set.

Then brush the chicken breast halves with olive oil and also sprinkle some black pepper and salt on it.
Step 6
Then grill these chicken breast halves over coals heat for 15-20 minutes or you can increase their time until they cook.
Step 7
Place an equal amount of goat cheese on all of the breast pieces. Then put sundried tomato sauce over this Carrabba’s Chicken Bryan Recipe.
