Chicken and Asparagus Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • chicken  (breast or thigh, cubed form pieces)
  • asparagus  (cut into long slices of inches)
  • carrots       (into thinly sliced cutting)
  • garlic   ( fresh garlic and avoid from garlic powder)
  • Ginger    (just for stir-frying)
  • vegetable oil  (for frying)
  • corn starch  (thin sauce)
  • sugar    (according to taste )
  • Soya sauce   (unsalty or low salty)
  • Oyster sauce   (for umami flavor to this dish)
  • Sesame oil    (gives nutty flavor to sauces)
  • Rice wine 
  • Corn starch

How to Make Chicken and Asparagus Stir Fry

Step 1

First, take a large board and with a sharp knife, cut the chicken breast pieces until the pieces are about five inches long and put them in a bowl. Now take some asparagus, Cut it into shapes, and place it in a separate bowl.

Step 2

Now grease some olive oil on the ducted tray, preheat this tray, and place the chicken on it.

Step 3

Now saute these chicken pieces one by one on this grill until golden brown. Now add chopped asparagus, mix it well, and cook till it turns golden brown.

Step 4

 Then lower the heat and Put the sauteed chicken and asparagus in a bowl. Add all the sauce ingredients in a separate bowl, and mix them well. Now pour the ingredients over the chicken and asparagus and mix it well until all the sauce is incorporated. The spice should be mixed in this chicken and increase the heat.

Step 5

Now mix the corn sauce and water in a pan and keep it on the stove, cook it until both of them become a slurry and look thick, then switch off the flame. Also, pour this mixture into the chicken mixture.

Step 6

Now add garlic slices and green onions on top of it for garnish then serve it and enjoy it with your family on every occasion.
