Green Beans | 2 1/2 cups |
Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts | 1 pound |
Minced Garlic | 2 teaspoons |
Low Sodium Chicken Broth or Water | 1/4 cup |
Soy Sauce | 1/4 cup |
Honey | 3 tablespoons |
Corn Starch | 2 teaspoons |
Salt | To taste |

Directions to Cook Chicken And Green Beans
- Get a large pan. Pour oil into it. Heat the oil on medium heat setting.
- Add green beans. Cook them for about 4-5 minutes. Till the green beans are soft.
- On the other hand, sprinkle pepper and salt over the chicken pieces.
- After cooking the green beans, take out them from the pan. Put them in a plat. Cover the plate.
- With the help of a paper towel, clean the pan.
- Now set the heat from medium to high.
- Again add oil into the pan.
- When the oil is hot. Add the chicken pieces to the pan. Make sure to make a single layer. Don’t overcrowd the chicken pieces. Cook the chicken in batches.
- Cook the chicken completely. Until the chicken pieces are golden brown.
- Add garlic to the pan. Cook it for a few seconds.

- Get a medium bowl. Put chicken broth, soy sauce, and honey into it. Whisk everything together.
- Get another small bowl. Put cornstarch with a little bit of cold water. Combine to make a mixture.
- Pour the sauce mixture on the green beans and the chicken. Cook for about 30 seconds.
- Add the cornstarch mixture. Bring a boil. Cook till the sauce is thickened. Make sure to stir continuously. Chickens and green beans are ready.
