Want to enjoy cooking this simple and easy recipe? You can enjoy the cooking by following the step-by-step guide:
Step 1:
You’ll need a large skillet, after getting the skillet pour water and chicken bouillon in it and boil them both. When water is boiling, add chicken breast and bell pepper to the skillet, cook it over medium heat for about 20 minutes, and make sure the chicken is no longer pink.
Step 2:
Get a 9 x 13-inch baking dish, and pour the broth from the skillet after getting out the chicken from it. You’ll now add olive oil, and seasoning packet, stir rice into the broth, and on top of the rice arrange chicken and season with poultry seasoning and black pepper.

You’ll put the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake it for about 45 minutes or until the liquid and broth are absorbed and the rice is tender.

Tips & Variations
- It is totally up to you if you want to use rotisserie chicken instead of cooked chicken or you can also use brown cubed chicken meat and if you want to get some extra flavor by sauteeing garlic with onions for a few seconds before adding the rice.
- You must cut the chicken breasts into very thin pieces so the chicken cooks fast and easy if you want to speed up the cooking.
- If you like peas then you can add them alongside the chicken.
- To get the extra freshness and brightness in the recipe you can use lemon juice and your dish will be brighter.+

About the Chicken
I use chicken breasts in this recipe, but you can use chicken thighs or drumsticks which will also not disappoint you, as far as the skin is concerned you can use the chicken with skin but make sure to fry the chicken with the butter to get the best taste.
