  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (for addition of spices)
  • Salt (according to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon of ground black pepper 
  • 2 large eggs (beat in a bowl)
  • 1-pound chicken (cut into thinly sliced breast cutlets)
  • Vegetable oil (as needed or also take 2 tablespoons)
  • ½ cup butter (fresh will be used)
  • 2 cups chicken broth (easily available in the market or you can prepare it from home)
  • ¼ cup of lemon juice
  • Parsley (fresh and sprigs)
  • 1 medium lemon (cut into wedges form)
  • 2 tbsp of flour

Directions to Make Chicken Breast Recipe

There are two ways in which you can prepare your delicious thin sliced chicken cutlets by baking in the oven or frying in a pan

Step 1

Place a large bowl, and put two cups of flour, also add black pepper, and salt in it, and then them with a spoon well. Now take a separate beat eggs well until they become smooth.

Step 2

Now first take the chicken pieces and coat them well in the flour and spices mixed bowl, then put it in the egg beaten bowl and from there coat the egg well on the chicken pieces.

Step 3 (Frying In The Pan)

Now heat the oil in a large pan on medium heat add the coated chicken pieces and cook them for at least two to three minutes on both sides. When the color of the chicken changes, remove the heat immediately and then take it out from the pan and keep it on a plate for further processing.

Now pour the butter in the same pan and melt it for some time. then add two tablespoons of flour and fry until the color of the flour changes to golden brown. Step 5

Baking Recipe For Chicken

When you have to bake it in the oven, start the baking process immediately after coating of flour and spices and frying with the egg. For this, you first have to heat the oven to 300F After that, you have to put an aluminum foil on the tray of the oven so that it is easy to wash.

Then add the chicken pieces one by one to this tray and add your desired spices like paprika powder, black pepper, and salt reduce the temperature of the oven to 165F  and Bake for 15 minutes until the chicken is pink and slightly golden brown, then shift it into a plate and serve it.
