Ingredients Needed Chicken Cobbler Recipe
- Half cup melted butter (it may be salted or unsalted)
- 4 Cup chicken meat, shredded
- 15 Ounce mix frozen vegetables(like corn, peas, tomato and beans)
- 11.36 Ounces of cheddar bay biscuits mix( which are also called red lobster cheddar bay biscuits mix)
- 2 Cup whole milk (fresh and thick full of fat)
- 1 Can cream of chicken soup
- 2 cup chicken stock
- 2 Tablespoons freshly chopped parsley (used as optional)
- Frozen potatoes and carrots
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Black pepper
- Chicken broth
Directions to Make Chicken Cobbler
Step 1
Firstly set the oven to 375 F temperature before start baking then spread some butter over the baking tray and wait for it to melt
Step 2
When you ensure that the butter is melted then spread in a single layer over the melted butter, spread some frozen vegetables on top of the chicken layer.

Now take a bowl and add red lobster chicken biscuits mix and milk, cheddar cheese, and chicken broth and blend it well with a wooden spoon or rubber spatula until it becomes a homogenous mixture then slightly spread this mixture over the chicken and veggies but don’t stir it
Step 4
Now take another bowl, pour chicken soup and chicken stock, seasoning like garlic, onion powder, and black pepper, and then mix them, until all the ingredients mix smoothly and perfectly, now also pour this mixture of chicken veggies over the biscuits mix layer but don’t stir it.
Step 5
Put this baking tray with all yummy and tasty ingredients in the oven and bake it for almost 45 to 55 mins maximum or until it shows a golden brown color or it may only show a slightly jiggly in the center of this mixture.
Step 6
After 45-55 minutes, come out from the oven and sprinkle parsley over the top according to your desire but remember that you will take a stand on this recipe for a maximum of 10 minutes before serving.
