Large Eggs | 3 |
All-Purpose Flour | 1 cup |
Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts | 2 lbs |

Directions of Recipe With Chicken Cutlets
Step 1
Prepare Breadcrumbs Mixture – Take a shallow bowl of medium size then add the following and mix them all well to combine and prepare a mixture:
- Breadcrumbs
- Garlic
- Parsley
- Italian Seasoning
- Cheese
- Slat
- Pepper
Prepare Egg Mixture – Get another bowl and whisk 3 eggs with cheese and sprinkle salt and pepper and a little bit of water and make a mixture.
Prepare Flour Mixture – Take another bowl or plate and put flour in it also sprinkle pepper and salt and combine them.
Step 2
Cut all the breast pieces of the chicken into half to make thin slices then put them into the flour mixture and coat with flour evenly dip into the egg mixture lastly, add it to the breadcrumbs mixture and coat with breadcrumbs and place on a dry plate for further process.
Step 3
Take a large pan and pour olive oil in it then add chicken pieces but make sure not to overcrowd so that each piece cooks evenly and cook until they are golden brown from both sides.
Step 4
When the chicken pieces are ready remove them from the pan and place them on a rack with a paper towel to drain the excess oil and serve immediately to enjoy these delightful cutlets.

Tips For Success
- If you want to season each piece of the chicken quickly then you can season one side of the chicken breast then season the other piece and put on each other it will transfer the effect of seasoning to each piece without any extra effort.
- Before frying, wait for at least 30 minutes after breading so that the seasoning and coating of the ingredients can easily stick to the chicken pieces and you get a more crispy layer on the outside.
- Don’t put all the chicken pieces at once in the frying pan, fry in batches to avoid overcrowding that will make sure that your cutlets are evenly cooked and are more tasty.
