Easy Chicken Enchiladas Recipe
This chicken enchiladas recipe is one of my favorite dishes its dips are fully prepared in cheese, cream, chicken, corn beans, tomatoes, and enchilada sauce. It is a trendy and great dish due to its ease of preparation and its ingredients are easily available at the market or found in your kitchen the creamy mayonnaise and cheese which gives it a very creamy taste further enhances the taste of the dish.

Ingredients
- 1 kg chicken (boneless and skinless thighs or breast pieces)
- 8-ounce cream (fresh or packed)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 package shredded cheese
- (8 ounce) package of Mexican blend cheese
- 4 ounces of dried green chilli
- 1 tbsp of jalapeno pepper (finely chopped)
- Enchilada sauce
- Corn, beans
- Cilantro
- Black olives

Directions
Step 1
First, heat the oven to 350 degrees Celsius and oil the oven tray thoroughly with a brush.
Step 2
Now put the chicken in a bowl and add cream, mayonnaise, cheese, black pepper, corn, beans jalapeno pepper, enchilada sauce, and salt and mix them well until all spices coat the chicken well and marinate it for 1 hour at least.
Step 3
Now take out the baking tray from the oven place all the chicken pieces one by one on this baking tray and spread olive and cilantro on the chicken keep it for baking.
Step 4
Keep the temperature of the oven at 350 degrees Celsius. Now bake these pieces until they turn golden brown or it will take you 15 to 20 minutes. After that, take these pieces out of the tray. Take them out serve on a plate and enjoy them with your family.

Make The Dip Ahead Of Time

You can serve Chicken Enchiladas with tortilla chips and yellow corn chips both of these give excellent texture to this dish but I just love most with yellow corn chips.
