I am sharing a basic and very simple chicken fry dish using boneless chicken pieces and then I make cubes of these pieces and cook them with spices you may find a lot of other recipes chicken fry with many variations and customization of spices and ingredients, however, I love one of my favorites Chicken Chops that you can also try. In this recipe, you can make a paste of the spices in advance for the marination of the chicken.

Directions
Take a bowl and put chicken pieces in it make sure to clean them.
Add ginger garlic paste, lime juice, and salt to the bowl to mix with the chicken.
Mix all the items to combine and also coat the chicken pieces with the mixture ensuring to coat every piece.
After coating the chicken, now cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator for marination if you have a short time then marinate for 30 minutes minimum otherwise you can marinate for about 2 hours.
Take a pan for deep frying pour in oil and warm it then add all the chicken cubes to it but make sure not to overcrowd the pan.
Then fry your chicken pieces on medium heat till the pieces are golden brown.
When your chicken is ready take all the pieces on a dish and place kitchen towels to absorb the excess oil from the chicken.
Serve it hot with salad, any curry, or rice or one of my favorite options is nuggets, and enjoy.
Recipe Tips And Notes
Marination is key in this recipe before frying which helps tender the chicken and soften the meat so you can leave the chicken for marination for a minimum of 30 minutes but it will be better if you marinate for at least 2 hours.
You can also use chicken thighs in place of the breasts which will also gives you a wonderful result because chicken thighs are more juicy than that of the breasts.
Lime juice is good to go with in the marination process because it makes the chicken pieces spongy, you can also substitute for yogurt in place of lemon but there will be a difference in the taste if you are using yogurt.
You can use some more spices or change any of them according to your taste and liking to make the taste of the recipe that suits you as this recipe is totally customizable so you can easily change any spices.

Make Chicken Fry More Crispy
You can make it more crispy for this purpose make sure to use less amount of moisture in the chicken therefore you can use cornstarch or rice flour in the marination if you like to serve it as an appetizer which will give you a more crispy result.
Make sure not to overcrowd the pan with the chicken pieces so ensure to have some room for the chicken pieces in the pan to fry well which will also make sure that your pieces don’t get soggy.
Warmness of the oil is also important so make sure that the oil is well warm before adding the chicken into it.
