Step 1
In this simple recipe marinade is an important process because chicken extracts all the flavors from the ingredients mixed in the marinade you can start marinating by getting a bowl and combining all the ingredients for marinating be sure to mix it very well.
Step 2
Now, add all the chicken pieces to the marinade and make sure that each piece is well-coated in the marinade as you know marination is an important step in this dish therefore I recommend preparing the marinade one night before and keeping the marinated chicken in the refrigerator for overnight, but if you don’t have much time then you can marinate for at least 30 minutes.

When the oil is ready don’t make it too hot then add the chicken pieces and cook for about 5 minutes or until it is golden brown from one side, then change the side of the chicken and cook for another 5 minutes without disturbing the chicken so it cooks nicely, gets a good color and becomes tender.
Step 4
The last step is to get the pitas to make them warm and spread tzatziki sauce or anyone of your choice over them put a couple of chicken pieces along with some olives and sliced veggies and wrap to enjoy.
