This simple chicken long rice dish is a side dish and a savory and easy recipe to make for any special occasion or for dinner. Directions
You can make this yummy and delicious recipe with just a few simple steps that are as follows:
Step 1
In the 1st part, prepare eggs for this simply take a large frying pan or a wok and put it on the flame make sure to set the medium flame of the stove put oil in the wok, and cook eggs just for 30 seconds or till you feel they are ready then set them on a plate aside.
Step 2
Now cook the vegetables and fry the toughest like carrots at first for a few minutes. Then add other vegetables and fry for another couple of minutes also set all these vegetables aside.
Step 3
Then add the rice to the wok with oil and cook the rice also ensure the rice is well dipped in the oil then add the following ingredients and fry well till they are combined:
- Oyster Sauce
- Shoyu
- White Pepper
- Salt
Step 4
In the last step add all the items like eggs, vegetables, and chicken to the wok stir fry all of them, and mix them to combine well your recipe is ready serve it with any side dish or take it as a whole hearty meal.
