Delicious Chicken Manchurian Recipe
A unique, special, and exceptional chicken Manchurian Indian Chinese recipe in which I use chicken after frying it that you can prepare in a little bit of sweet, sour, and hot Manchurian sauce that is mostly famous in the subcontinent of India. You will surprise to know that the recipe for Manchurian chicken is not an actual Chinese dish but is a mixture of Indian and Chinese cuisine with a different cooking method and combining with Chinese seasoning. Instructions to Make Recipe For Chicken Manchurian
With simple and easy steps you can prepare a chicken Manchurian delicious recipe as it has two parts. In the first part you are preparing chicken Manchurian while in the second part, we prepare Manchurian sauce.
Making of Manchurian Chicken
Step-1
In this step marination of the chicken is important so for this purpose we will add chicken with the following ingredients in a bowl:
- Soya Sauce
- Salt
- Ginger Garlic Paste
- Red Chili Powder (Optional)
- Pepper Powder
- Egg White
- Flour
When you finish the mixing then set it aside for at least one hour so that the chicken can easily absorb all the fragrance of the ingredients.
Step-2
In case you are using chicken cubes, then you can skip the above step and then warm up the oil until it is ready and hot enough for the further step you can also test it by putting a small portion of the batter and if it rises then the oil is ready.
Step-3
Now add the chicken to the hot oil and deep fry it but ensure to set the flame to medium and fry till the chicken is crispy and golden, also make sure the chicken is completely ready before adding to the sauce and cook all the chicken by repeating the same step.
Making Manchurian Sauce
Step-1
Now get a bowl and add corn flour with water to the bowl and keep stirring to mix the flour well. Take another bowl and add the following ingredients:
- Vinegar
- Soya Sauce
- Tomato Sauce (Optional)
- Red Chili Sauce
Mix all these ingredients very well to combine and then set them aside.
Step-2
Then fry a little bit of ginger and garlic paste to get the aroma of it and also fry scallion whites or onions till they are transparent. Now add the bell peppers to the pan and cook for another 2 minutes.
Step-3
Then pour the sauces and when they start to bubble it is time to put water or stock in the pan along with the corn flour mixture and keep stirring. When the sauce begins to thicken and bubble turn off the heat and also taste for salt or sauces if you feel them to adjust then put them according to your taste.
Step-4
After the sauce is thick add spring onions and chicken to the pan and your recipe is ready and now can serve it warm and cozy.
