Ingredients
The following ingredients are required for this recipe;
- One-pound bulk Italian sausage
- One pound boneless chicken thighs, that is cut into 1-inch cubes
- One-fourth cup flour
- two tablespoons of olive oil required
- one pound of mushrooms cut in quartered form
- One onion in chopped form
- one pepper red bell pepper cut into 3-4 inch pieces
- One green bell pepper cut into 3-4inch pieces
- Three cloves garlic in minced form
- One half-pound russet potatoes, scrubbed and cubed into 1/2-inch pieces
- one cup of dry white wine
- one cup of reduced-sodium chicken broth
- one-fourth cup brine from Peppadew peppers
- One teaspoon of Italian seasoning
- One teaspoon salt
- one cup Peppadew peppers in halved
- One chopped fresh Italian parsley
Directions
Step 1
Gather all ingredients on the table.

Cook sausage in 5 to 6 quarters in the Dutch oven over medium heat until brown for 8 minutes then transfer it into the bowl with a spoon.
