Step 1: Collection of Ingredients

I assure you that if you are preparing the pesto sauce even from scratch you can make it very quickly as you can buy pre-made pesto from your local market or any grocery store. Also, most of the time sourdough bread can be found in the local market with other ingredients for this recipe.

Step 2: Start to Prepare Sandwiches

You can start by getting the skillet, for this purpose, spray your toast with cooking spray put the skillet on medium heat, and place the toast in it with some salted butter. Cook the bread for 1 minute from one side, flip it, put cheese of your choice with pesto on one piece, and add a few slices of tomatoes on the other. Continue to cook for about 2 minutes and sprinkle a pinch of salt on top also adjust the heat as you need.

Step 3: Add Chicken to Get Ready the Sandwiches

This part is tricky as you have to layer chicken into the sandwich with slices of basil and flip it over on the other side to close the sandwich.
