Directions To Make Chicken Rollup Recipe
Like the few ingredients, this recipe is very easy to make with a few steps, simply follow my easiest steps to make this delightful dish:
Step 1
Set your oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees. Prepare a 9×13-inches pan. Spray it with cooking spray.
Step 2
Get a bowl. Put the following into it:
- Milk
- Soup
- Cheese
Mix them well. Set aside.
Step 3
Make 8 triangles of crescent rolls. Put the chicken after chopping it on the top of the large part of the triangles. Then put the soup mixture on each roll.
Step 4
Also, distribute the soup mixture to the bottom of the pan. Put the rolls in the dish. Then pour all the remaining soup mixture over the rolls.
Step 5
Put the pan in the oven. Bake them for 30 minutes. Or until they are bubbly.
Note:
To get control over the sodium I recommend using un-salted cream of the chicken soup in this particular recipe.

Are These Chicken Roll-Ups Gluten-Free?
No, due to the flour in the dough of the rolls and the sauce the roll-ups themselves are not gluten-free however I have a version of gluten-free roll-ups in which the filling is totally gluten-free while the meat of the chicken is gluten-free that you use in this recipe.
Alternatives of the Cream Sauce
You have a number of multiple creams sauces that you can use in this dish and can skip the cream of chicken soup or use these alternatives as a dip some of them are as follows:
- Marinara Sauce
- Mushroom Cream
- Cream of Celery
Reheating Chicken Roll Ups
If you have frozen roll ups you can reheat them but to avoid them becoming soggy you can warm them in the oven or in the air fryer but don’t use the microwave.
