Directions
Step 1
First, marinate the chicken with the spices and leave it for some time while marinating, making sure that the spices are coated all over the chicken.
Step 2
Now put the paint sauce ingredients in a bowl and mix them.
Step 3
Now after two to three hours put the marinated chicken pieces on the skewers and press well. until all the chicken is well coated on the skewers.
Step 4
Now grill the wrapped chicken on these skewers for two to three minutes on medium to high heat on each side until all the chicken pieces are cooked and golden brown.
Step 5
Now take out these chicken pieces in a plate and serve with the prepared peanut topping and enjoy it with your family.
Storage Tips
To Store. You can easily store the leftover pieces of Skewers by putting these pieces in an airtight container and keeping them in the fridge for four days you can also store the peanut sauce by keeping it in the fridge but Keep in mind that these peanut sauce and chicken pieces should not be stored together but should be stored in separate containers.
To Reheat. The best way to reheat these leftover skewers is to quickly place them on a baking sheet, lightly oil them, and preheat the oven to 350°C. Don’t take too long to serve it because if it gets cold it will dry out. Similarly keep the peanut sauce in the pan and heat it in the oven or the stove and serve the peanut sauce hot if it is hot. When cooled too, it will become a hard material.
