Directions To Make Chicken Scampi Recipe

Step 1
Wash the chicken and after washing and cleaning the chicken pieces use paper towels to dry them when they are dry you can mix them to combine with Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and flour.
Step 2
On the other side take a non-stick skillet and add butter with olive oil in it and put it on the stove but set the flame of the stove to medium to high heat.
Step 3
Then add the chicken pieces in a single layer and cook them until they are brown from the bottom then flip them and cook for 2-3 minutes after cooking transfer it to a plate and cover with foil.

Now set the flame of the stove to medium to low and melt butter then add garlic cook for 20 seconds and ensure that the garlic doesn’t turn brown while on the other side, take a large pot put water in it, and bring it to a boil to cook the pasta that you can cook according to the instructions on the package.

In the mixture of garlic and butter now pour wine put red pepper flakes and simmer it for about 5 minutes until it is reduced by 3/4.
Step 6
Add remaining butter and melt it then remove the pan from the flame and add lemon juice then put the chicken into the skillet also add sauce and sprinkle pepper and salt according to your taste.

In the last step place pasta but make sure to drain it very well with chicken, parsley, and sauce mixture then serve chicken scampi to enjoy.
