Directions to Make Chicken Spinach Salad
Follow my easiest step-by-step guide to make a delicious salad:
Step One
Star with the marination of the chicken that you can make by collecting all the ingredients. Get 2 lemons and put them in a bow, also add minced garlic along with chopped herbs. I am using oregano but can try other herbs like rosemary, sage, or thyme that will also give you a wonderful flavor. In the bowl pour olive oil, add a pinch of pepper and salt according to your taste and if you like you can also add chili flakes to make it a little bit spicy.
Step Two
Now you will prepare the dressing of this Chicken Spinach Salad. For this, you have to collect dijon mustard, sea salt, pepper, paprika, tomato paste, vinegar, minced garlic, and maple syrup. Drip in olive oil to combine it completely.
Step Three
It is time to grill all the vegetables and the chicken that was marinated earlier.

When everything is cooked according to your liking, you can remove them from the grill and the vegetables will be cooking after removing from the grill due to their internal heat.

- With some leftover dressing it’s time to assemble the spinach. If you don’t have leftover dressing then you can make it by following the steps mentioned earlier.
- The best practice is to cut the items into bite-size slices so get the chicken mushrooms and peppers and cut them into small slices. Now arrange the cuttings over the dressed spinach and top it with boiled eggs, bacon, and feta cheese.
