- 4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
- 2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil (for brushing)
- Kosher Salt (according to taste)
- 1 teaspoon Paprika (smoked form)
- 1teaspoon of Ground Mustard powder
- 1 teaspoon of Garlic Powder (fresh or chopped form)
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder (or chopped white onion)
- Half a teaspoon of Ground Cumin
- Half a teaspoon of Italian Seasoning
- 2 red onion chopped
- Sugar
Directions
Step 1
First, take out the oven tray lightly oil it with the help of a brush, and cover it with aluminum foil then place it in the oven and heat the oven to 425 degrees F.
Step 2
Now take a zip-lock plastic bag and put all the spices paprika powder, black pepper, onion powder, sugar, kosher salt, and garlic powder, and one tablespoon of oil in it close the zip and mix well.
Step 3
As soon as the spices are mixed, now open the zip of this bag add the chicken high in it, and stir well. Press as hard as you can, then take the chicken out of the packet and place them one by one on the prepared tray of the oven.
Step 4

Storing and Reheating
