Chicken preparation
- 3-4 chicken breasts in thin pieces
- Two cups of buttermilk

Method
- Take out the chicken from the plastic bag and place it on a flat and dry surface, then cut it into small pieces at the ¼ size level

- Now put other spices in the flour and coat the chicken in it and after coating the chicken well take it out on a plate and keep it aside for some time.
- Now it’s time to fry the chicken. take a frying pan heat some oil in it and fry these chicken pieces for about four minutes on each side until they turn golden brown and have a crispy taste inside.
- Now take these fried pieces out of the oil drain them well and spread them on a plate.
- Now to make the waffles, put the dry spices and wet spices in separate bowls mix them, and wait for the wet ingredients to dry then combine both ingredients in the same bowl.
- Now take a non-stick pan with the quantity of your waffle mixture pour all the mixture into the pan and cook it until golden brown and cooked on both sides this mixture will take at least 8-10 minutes for cooking.
