Tips for Making Garlic Butter Chicken Breasts Cookery Recipe
Here are some tips that can help you get the best results after making the cookery recipe however this is a very easy and quick chicken dinner recipe:
Tip 1: Pounding the Chicken Breasts
For an even thickness simply pound your chicken breasts then they will cook evenly, as you know chicken breasts are thick from one side and thin from the other side, so pound from the thick side to make them even and they will also cook at the same time and you will get a tender chicken after pounding because it breaks down the muscle fibers.
Tip 2: Searing the Chicken Breasts
When searing the chicken breasts simply let it cook for 5 minutes and during the cooking don’t disturb it, let it sear without moving or touching. After 5 minutes check it out if it is ready and its color is medium golden then flip it over otherwise cook it for a little more time and after flipping make sure not to disturb it again.
Tip 3: Deglazing the Pan
You use pans on a daily basis but in this particular recipe if you are using a cast iron pan or stainless steel pan then there will be lots of chicken bits in it after searing so you need to deglaze the pan which you can do by adding chicken broth to the pan and removing all the bits of the chicken just make sure to heat at the pan at it’s fullest which will cause the liquid to bubble but be careful.
