Directions

Step 1

First, oil the top of the oven tray, then adjust it inside the oven and heat it to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. The main purpose of preheating the oven is that the chicken will be grilled easily.

Step 2

Then take a small bowl and add black pepper, bell pepper, salt, and onion and stir it well until it becomes a mixture.

Step 3

Now take the chicken pieces on a flat surface and with the help of a sharp knife, cut the pieces, this process will be repeated until the pieces are about four inches long and they are easy to cook.

Step 4

You add the chicken to the grill and cook it for at least ten minutes until the chicken starts to change color. It shows the color yellowish white.

Step 5

Now brush the chicken with oil, then keep it for another 10 minutes and bake until it turns brown and the water inside dries up. Check out the chicken and whether it is completely cooked. Now take it out of the plate, put it in a pan, wait till it cools down, and serve it with fresh salad. You can enjoy it with your family and friends.
