- You must cut the chicken breasts horizontally so that you get 4 steaks in total also sprinkle on each piece pepper and salt.
- To coat the chicken breast with the flour, take a shallow bowl and put flour in it then put the chicken pieces in the bowl and coat each piece evenly and make sure to shake off the excess flour.
- Then get a big skillet put it on the stove and set the heat of the stove to high put butter in the skillet just reserve 1 tbsp of the butter for later use.
