Ingredients of Honey Mustard Chicken Wraps
- Two teaspoons of dry mustard powder, (but you can use Colman’s, mostly found in spices)
- one teaspoon of packed brown sugar
- Half teaspoon salt
- One-fourth teaspoon of black pepper
- fourth teaspoon part of garlic salt
- One bowl of raw boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into small pieces
- Almost one tablespoon of olive oil(for frying)
- 4 teaspoons of mustard
- One tablespoon of honey
- 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt(without fat)
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise(use fresh)
- 4 light carb tortillas or wraps, (I used Whole Wheat wraps)
- 4-8 leaves fresh lettuce leaves
- 1 tomato, thinly sliced cut
Instructions for Honey Mustard Chicken Wraps
Step 1
Firstly take a dish and take all the seasonings like mustard powder, brown sugar, greek salt garlic salt, and black pepper, and mix them well.
Step 2
Then cut the chicken into small or cube-shaped pieces, place this chicken in the mixing bowl, and stir them well with the seasonings until all coated on the chicken then put this chicken in a gallon zip-sealed bag.
Step 3
First, add oil in a pan and heat it for a while on medium heat then add the chicken and keep flipping the side of the chicken now and then and wait until it turns golden brown. All sides of the are completely cooked
Step 4
Then in another bowl, mix the yogurt, honey, mayonnaise, and mustard well until combined.
Step 5
Then place tortilla wraps on a clean and dry surface Then layer all these ingredients on top of it, the first layer of lettuce, then a layer of tomatoes, and the mixture that we made in step four, mayonnaise and honey, now layer it on top.
Step 6
Now it’s time to fold these wraps, first grab the edges push the mixture inside, and start folding the edges. repeat the process with other remaining tortilla

Now it is time to cut these wraps you can cut them from the center but always cut them before serving.
Substitutions and Variations
- You use mayonnaise instead of Greek yogurt or also use any dairy cheese.
- If you don’t like tomato and lettuce in it, you can add any vegetable of your choice, it won’t make any difference to its taste.
- You can use gluten-free chicken tenders instead of chicken tortillas.
