Directions to Prepare Jamaican Chicken Sandwich
There are three simple and easy steps to prepare this yummy jerk chicken sandwich that are as follows:
Step 1: Jerk Chicken Thighs
- Take a big bowl or a large pan and put all the chicken in it also keep in mind to add garlic powder, thyme, jerk marinade, allspice, and seasoning salt for the next marination process.
- Combine all the ingredients very well and be sure to coat the chicken well in the mixture so that it can absorb all the fragments and taste of the ingredients after marinating the chicken set it aside for at least 30 minutes but if you have more time you can put it for a long time.
- Get a large pan or skillet to cook the chicken put olive oil in it and add all the chicken thighs to the pan.

- Take a large bowl again and put all the following ingredients to prepare creamy coleslaw:
- Red and Green Cabbage
- Carrots
- Onion
- Mayonnaise
- Sugar
- White Vinegar
- Combine all these ingredients well and place the bowl in the refrigerator as this is the serving with the sandwiches.
Step 3: Honey Jerk Sauce
- Get the pan in which you prepared the chicken, warm it on the stove, and set the flame on medium heat make sure to remove all the remaining pieces of the chicken from the pan and that the oil is clear.
- Now add honey, butter, and jerk marinade to the pan bring it to a simmer while you can stir it often, and cook it until it is thick enough according to your choice then remove it from the heat.
