Directions to Make Lemon Chicken Salad

Dressing

Put all the dressing ingredients in a jar or a bowl. Shake all of them very well to combine.

Chicken

For Marination of the Chicken – Put the chicken in a bowl.

You can add:

  • 2 tbsp of dressing
  • 1 tbsp extra lemon juice
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of pepper

Mix them all well. You can marinate it for 20 minutes if you don’t have much time. But I would recommend it to marinate for about 24 hours so all the flavors can easily infuse into the chicken.

Cook the Chicken – Heat the oil in a pan. Put it on medium heat. Add chicken to cook it. If you are using breasts, cook for 2 minutes on each side. But if you have thighs. Cook for 4 minutes on each side.

Slicing – After cooking the chicken. Remove it from the pan to a plate. Cover it loosely with foil. When it becomes a little bit cool to be handled easily, make its slice.

Salad

  • You can now add dill to the remaining dressing. Shake it to mix.
  • Put salad ingredients in the bowl. Also, add chicken.
  • Drizzle the dressing all over the mixture. Serve to enjoy.
