Ingredients of Marry Me Chicken Tortellini
- 4 bacon slices (thinly cut)
- 8-ounce chicken (boneless, skinless breast or thigh pieces)
- ⅓ of red pepper (in powder form)
- 1/4 teaspoon of kosher salt
- 3/4 cup of tomato (sun-dried tomato must be used)
- 1/2 cup shallot (finely chopped)
- 3 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
- 1/2 teaspoons of seasoning (dried Italian)
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper (flakes)
- 3 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1/2 cup of chicken broth
- 1-½ cups of heavy cream
- Cheese tortellini (used freeze )
- 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese (for garnishing)
- Fresh basil leaves (for garnishing)

Directions to Make Marry Me Chicken Tortellini
Step 1
First, place all the ingredients on a table, then take a big bowl, pour water into it, add a spoonful of salt, and boil it on medium.
Step 2
Now take a big pan, put some oil in it, and heat it on medium heat put the bacon in it and cook it for about 15 to 20 minutes until it becomes crispy then place it out of the pan and spread it on a paper towel until oil will drain and they will become crispy and dry.
Step 3
Now put these pieces back in the pan and spread the chicken on top of it keep stirring the spoon for two minutes then add black pepper salt and cook well if you feel it is getting black from the pan it is sticking. So you can lower the heat and cook it for at least 10 to 15 minutes more until the chicken pieces are cooked.
Step 4
Now add sun-dried red tomatoes to Marry Me Chicken Tortellini and add red chilies and Italian seasoning with remaining salt and cook for five minutes, then add tomato sauce and cook for five minutes until all the spices are cooked. Be well settled in it.

1. Cut the pieces of chicken breast into the same size, their size should be uniform, and no piece should be too big or too small, this will give a good look to your dish and the other will be more attractive to the diners.
2. Remember that the pan in which you are cooking the chicken should not be too crowded, but should have more capacity to make it easier to stir.
3. When cooking the sauce, remember to keep it on medium heat so that the sauce neither sticks to the pan nor becomes too creamy, which affects its texture.
