Ingredients

Italian breadcrumbs | ¾ cup |
Lean ground beef (80/20) | 2 pounds |
Ketchup or chili sauce | 1 tablespoon |
Italian seasoning | 1 teaspoon |
Fresh parsley chopped | 2 tablespoons (or 2 tsp dried) |
Kosher salt | 1 teaspoon |
Black pepper | ½ teaspoon |

Chili sauce | ½ cup |
Ketchup | ½ cup |
Brown sugar | 2 tablespoons (optional) |
Instructions to Make Recipe For Chicken Meatloaf
Step 1
Before starting baking warm up the oven to 350 degrees F and line a baking pan with a foil then spray it with cooking oil.
Step 2
Take a small pan put some butter warm it up then add onions and cook them till they are tender then put the pan aside and let it cool completely.
Step 3
Get another medium bowl and add breadcrumbs, eggs, and milk in it then combine it well and set it aside for about 10 minutes.
Step 4
Now add the following in a bowl and mix them well to combine:
- Ground Beef
- Cooked Onions
- Ketchup
- Chili Sauce
- Italian Seasoning
- Parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
Step 5
Make an 8 x 4-inches loaf on the baking pan bake for about 40 minutes and proceed to the next step while the meatloaf is baking.
Step 6
Take chili sauce and ketchup and combine them well then spread the mixture on the meatloaf and again bake for about 15 minutes or till you think the dish is ready or when the internal temperature of the dish reaches 160 degrees F at this point you can broil it for 2 minutes if you desire.
Step 7
After baking let it rest for 8-10 minutes then make its slices and serve to enjoy.
