Miso pasta

It is a key ingredient of this recipe, this miso paste and miso soup is in the best combination of sauces and glaze. miso pasta is available in two varieties: red and white but white pasta has a milder flavor than red pasta which is why in this dish we will use white pasta.

Main Ingredients

  1. 8 Chicken thighs (with skinful)
  2. White miso pasta (in chilled or frozen form)
  3. Soya sauce (in light texture)
  4. Rice vinegar (preferred but white and apple vinegar can also be used)
  5. Garlic and shallots (as required as you like) 
  6. 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter
  7. black pepper (according to taste amount)
  8. 2 tablespoons of honey

Preparation

Step 1

Firstly preheat the oven at 425 F degrees or a pan on the stove or grill.

Step 2

Take a large bowl and mix honey, rice vinegar, butter miso, and black pepper by using a spatula or spoon mix all ingredients until all these are mixed completely.

Step 3

Then place the chicken in the bowl and mix or massage all mixed ingredients over the chicken for 5-7 minutes. You can also marinate the chicken for  24 hours or one day to get a wonderful and amazing flavor.

Step 4

In this step, you can cook your chicken in two ways: in the oven or on the grill.

In the oven

Place the chicken in the baking tray in single layers then put this tray in the oven and let it cook until the internal temperature of the meat is reached at about 160-165F or wait it until golden brown. After removing the chicken from the oven let it rest for some time and then serve.

Pour the chicken into the stove’s preheated pan and cook it for almost 35-45 minutes on medium flame.
