Ingredients of Oven Fried Chicken
- 12 pieces of Chicken (it may be the pieces of breast, thighs, leg pieces, wings or drumsticks)
- 1 cup of Flour (for coating and crispy and brown color flavor)
- Breadcrumbs (you can buy them from the market and use Italian seasoning breadcrumbs)
- 3 Eggs ( for the addition of light moisture in the chicken)
- Seasoning
- Salt,( according to taste)
- Black pepper( 1 tablespoon )
- Paprika 1 tablespoon (which gives this recipe a smoky and delicious taste)
- Half cup of Oil (vegetable or canola oil work best)
How To Make Fried Chicken In The Oven?
Step 1
First, take out the oven tray sprinkle light oil on it, and preheat it at 350F temperature. Now wash and dry the chicken pieces well and keep them aside.
Step 2
Now take three small bowls, put the flour in one, and add seasoning salt, black pepper, and a little paprika powder and mix it well. Stir and take three eggs in a third bowl beat them well with a spoon and keep these three bowls aside.
Step 3
Now first coat the chicken pieces well with the flour that has been mixed in, then coat it with the egg and then a third coat of the breadcrumbs over these chicken pieces.
Step 4
Now take an oven baking tray and pour half a cup of oil on it well add the coated chicken pieces one by one add paprika powder and keep it to bake in the oven. The purpose of putting paprika powder on top of these chicken pieces is that it will give a brown color.

Now bake it for at least 30 to 35 minutes and remember to keep changing the side of the chicken pieces after five to ten minutes of baking and cook them till their color appears golden.
