Now get a Dutch oven or a pot with a heavy bottom and pour all the braising liquid into the pot make sure that the pot has a lid then put chicken thighs in it and dip them in the braising liquid as much as possible and on a high heat bring it to a boil then after boiling reduce the heat to low and simmer for about 35 minutes after covering the pot with the lid till the chicken is ready and it is tender.
Broil for Texture
This step is optional to get a texture and for this purpose set the settings of the oven’s broiler to its maximum and put the oven rack below the broiler about 6 inches then put all the chicken thighs on a baking sheet and then put under the broiler for about 5 minutes make sure to rotate the baking sheet in the middle of the broiling process till the skin of the chicken is crispy you can also thicken the braising liquid in this step if you want to make it thick otherwise you can take it out after 5 minutes.
