Directions to Make Cava Chicken

Follow my easy steps to make this yummy dish:

Step 1

Get a large bowl to make the marination add all the following items in it and mix them well to combine:

  • Chicken Thighs
  • Olive Oil
  • Harissa
  • Lemon Juice
  • Garlic
  • Parsley
  • Cilantro
  • Paprika
  • Coriander
  • Cumin
  • Salt

Step 2

Take an iron skillet or a pan and pour oil in it then heat the oil add the chicken thighs to the pan and cook from each side for about 5-6 minutes til a brown crust appears on them, now lower the heat and add honey and butter then cook for 1-2 minutes more to cook the thighs from the center.

Cava Bowls Toppings

If you like these bowls and love eating this recipe then you have the option and you can make these bowls totally customizable with everything you like so just like cava-inspired harissa chicken bowls must be on your rotation menu for the week because they are very flavorful, tasty, delicious, healthy, fun, and delightful.

The Base

Usually, I use basmati rice and in this particular recipe just like cava I also use basmati rice because of its aromatic flavor but you can use the rice according to your choice whichever you prefer then you will have to add a salad mix of greens for a healthy and nice crunch.

The Toppings

You can add a vegetable salad after chopping the veggies just like tomato and cucumber for a healthy note, simply chop them with a touch of salt, pepper, and olive oil and top your cava chicken then you have the pickled-red onions, hummus, tzatziki, and crumbled-feta cheese round out these bowls and you can have all these items store-bought or you can prepare them at your home.
